DOMESTIC THREATS
Cornwall, ON – A 39-year-old man of Cornwall was arrested on March 11, 2025, and charged with failing to comply with probation and four counts of uttering threats. It is alleged on March 8, 2025, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. On this date, it is alleged the man and his girlfriend were communicating over text message where he uttered multiple threats to cause harm and damage property. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 11, 2025, the man was located, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – A 30-year-old female of Cornwall was arrested on March 11, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged on Dec. 03, 2025, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest. On March 11, 2025, the woman was located and the warrant was executed. She was held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT, ROBBERY
Cornwall, ON – A 39-year-old woman of Cornwall was arrested on March 11, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and charged with robbery. It is alleged on Feb. 20, 2025, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. It is also alleged on March 11, 2025, the woman attended a Ninth Street business, selected merchandise, and left the store without attempting to pay for it. It is alleged that while being taken into custody, the woman assaulted the store’s loss prevention officer. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The warrant was executed, she was charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on April 17, 2025.
