FAIL TO ATTEND
Cornwall, ON – Sage Wollinger, 29, of Cornwall, was arrested on Nov. 29, 2024, and charged with fail to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged on Oct. 4, 2024, the woman was scheduled to attend police headquarters for fingerprints and failed to do so. On Nov. 29, 2024, the woman attended police headquarters to address the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Dec. 31, 2024.
ASSAULT, UTTERING THREATS
Cornwall, ON – A 12-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on Nov. 29, 2024, and charged with assault as well as two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. It is alleged on Nov. 15, 2024, the youth assaulted an individual known to her. It is also alleged on this date, she threatened to cause bodily harm to the individual as well as her mother. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Nov. 29, 2024, the youth attended police headquarters to address the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. Her name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
FAIL TO COMPLY, FALSE ALARM OF FIRE
Cornwall, ON – Jessica Proulx, 42, of Cornwall, was arrested on Nov. 30, 2024, and charged with fail to comply with probation order and false alarm of fire. It is alleged on Nov. 30, 2024, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged on this date, the woman pulled a fire alarm and caused a disturbance. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The woman was located, taken into custody and charged accordingly. She was released to appear in court on Jan. 9, 2025.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON
Cornwall, ON – A 48-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on Nov. 30, 2024, and charged with domestic assault with a weapon. On Nov. 30, 2024, police responded to a dropped 911 call, which was later determined to be a domestic dispute, and an investigation ensued. It is alleged on this date, the woman threw an item at her spouse. She was located by police, taken into custody and charged accordingly. The woman was later released to appear in court on Dec. 17, 2024. Her name was not released to protect the identity of the victim in the matter.
HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS
Cornwall, ON – Justin Jennings, 30, of Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 1, 2024, and charged with harassing communications. It is alleged on Sept. 6, 2024, and Sept. 7, 2024, the man sent harassing messages to an individual known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Dec. 1, 2024, the man was located by police, who were dealing with a separate matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Dec. 31, 2024.

There were 178 calls for service in the City of Cornwall over the weekend (8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. today). CPS reserves the right to not post all calls for service in order to protect the identity of the victims.
