DISGUISE WITH INTENT, BREAK AND ENTER
Cornwall, ON – An 18-year-old individual from Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 17, 2024, and charged with disguise with intent and break and enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence. It is alleged on Dec. 15, 2024, the individual covered his face and broke into an apartment building. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.
On Dec. 17, 2024, police responded to a complaint of a break and enter in progress and an investigation ensued. The individual was located by police and taken into custody.
Because the alleged offence was committed prior to the individual’s 18th birthday, he was charged as a youth and later released to appear in court at a later date.
His name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
WARRANT, FAIL TO COMPLY
Cornwall, ON – David Jock, 31, of Cornwall, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2024, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and charged with fail to comply with probation order. It is alleged between Sept. 16, 2024, and Nov. 6, 2024, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to report in person to a probation officer. He failed to do so and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Dec. 17, 2024, the man was located by police. The warrant was executed, he was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Jan. 23, 2025.
THEFT
Cornwall, ON – Alain Boudrias, 47, of Cornwall, was arrested on Dec. 17, 2024, and charged with theft under $5,000. It is alleged on Dec. 4, 2024, the man stole a wallet belonging to an individual known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Dec. 17, 2024, the man was located by police who were dealing with a separate matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Jan. 23, 2025.
