WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – A 36-year-old man from Oshawa, ON, was arrested on April 9, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and charged with two counts of fail to comply with probation order. It is alleged from Dec. 10, 2021, to May 5, 2022, the man was bound by two separate probation orders, each with the relevant condition to report to a probation officer. He failed to do so and a warrant was issued for the man’s arrest. On April 9, 2025, the man was located at the courthouse. The warrant was executed, he was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY HARM

Cornwall, ON – A 42-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on April 9, 2025, and charged with domestic assault causing bodily harm. On April 9, 2025, the man contacted the Cornwall Police Service in regards to a domestic dispute, and an investigation ensued. It is alleged on this date, he choked his spouse. The man was located, taken into custody and charged accordingly. He was held for a bail hearing.
