WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Kimberley Dobbs, 23, of Cornwall was arrested on May 30th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman breached her probation order and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On May 30th, 2023, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on May 30th, 2023 and charged with breach of a youth probation order for contacting a certain person. It is alleged on May 30th, the youth had contacted his girlfriend, despite his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. The name of the youth was not released per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

ASSAULT X 3

Cornwall, ON – Candice O’Rourke, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on May 30th, 2023 and charged with three counts of assault. It is alleged during an altercation on May 30th, she assaulted three individuals unknown to her and police were contacted. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on July 4th, 2023.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Jessica Prunner, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on May 30th, 2023 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on March 14th, 2023, the woman failed to attend court for a fraud offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On May 30th, 2023, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on July 4th, 2023.
