FAIL TO ATTEND FOR PRINTS, BREACH OF PROBATION

Cornwall, ON – Brandon Wilson, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on July 28th, 2022, and charged with failing to attend for prints and breach of probation. It is alleged that on July 21st, 2022, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. On this date he was scheduled to attend police headquarters to be fingerprinted and failed to do so. The man was located on July 28th, 2022, taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on September 6th, 2022.

WARRANTS, BREACH OF PROBATION

Cornwall, ON – Clarissa Square, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on July 28th, 2022, and charged with five counts of breach of probation and one count of failing to attend for prints. She was also arrested on the strength of two outstanding warrants. It is alleged that on May 26th, 2022, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and on this date, the woman was scheduled to attend police headquarters to be fingerprinted and failed to do so. It is also alleged that on June 6th, 2022, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and to not attend a Water Street business. On this date, she was seen at the Water Street business she was prohibited from. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. It is also alleged the between April 22nd and June 22nd, 2022, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant to report to and provide an address to the probation office. She failed to do so and a warrant was issued for her arrest. It is also alleged that on June 28th, 2022, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so and a warrant was issued. Furthermore, it is also alleged on July 12th, 2022, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued. On July 28th, 2022, the woman was located, the warrants were executed, she was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

SHOPLIFTING

Cornwall, ON – Gabriel Frattaroli, 18, of no fixed address was arrested on July 28th, 2022, and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged that on July 28th, 2022, the man attended a Ninth Street business, selected merchandise and left the store without making an attempt to pay for it. The man was taken into custody by the store’s Loss Prevention Officer and police were contacted. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
