ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – A 14-year-old and 15-year-old youth were arrested on July 26th, 2022 and charged with assault. It is alleged that on July 25th, 2022, the two youths assaulted another youth. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On July 26th, 2022, they were both arrested, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court at a later date. Their names were not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Scott Campbell, 39, of Cornwall was arrested on July 26th, 2022, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on June 21st, 2021, the man scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 26th, 2022, the man was located and the warrant was executed. He was released to appear in court on September 6th, 2022.

Cornwall, ON – Nathalie Matte, 47, of Cornwall was arrested on July 26th, 2022, on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on June 21st, 2022, the woman was scheduled to attend court and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest. On July 26th, 2022, the woman was located and the warrant was executed. She was released to appear in court on September 6th, 2022.
