FAIL TO ATTEND FOR PRINTS, BREACH OF PROBATION

Cornwall, ON – Stephanie Gibeault, 44, of Cornwall, was arrested on June 28th, 2022, and charged with failing to re-attend for prints and breach of probation. It is alleged that on June 3rd, 2022, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. On this date, he was scheduled to attend for prints and failed to do so. On June 28th, 2022, the man attended police headquarters to address the matters. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear on August 9th, 2022.

BREAK AND ENTER, BREACH OF PROBATION

Cornwall, ON – Jonathan Lauzon, 36, of St. Andrews, was arrested on June 28th, 2022, and charged with break and enter and breach of probation. It is alleged that on June 28th, 2022, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is also alleged that on this date, the man broke into someone’s residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 28th, 2022.
