WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Elton Cox, 32, of Cornwall was arrested on May 2nd, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his probation in April 2022 by failing to reside at an approved address, failing to report a change of address and failing to keep the peace. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 2nd, 2022, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on July 12th, 2022.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Shane Bertrand, 44, of Cornwall was arrested on May 2nd, 2022 and charged with breach of release order for failing to report to his bail supervision program. It is alleged on April 22nd, 2022, the man failed to report to his bail supervision program, despite his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On May 2nd, 2022, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 9th, 2022.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Mariah Major, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on May 3rd, 2022 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on April 28th, 2022, the woman failed to attend court for a previous fail to attend court offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On May 3rd, 2022, the woman was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
