WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Glen Leduc, 51, of Cornwall was arrested on November 18th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his probation order and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On November 18th, 2021, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court at a later date.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 41-year-old Cornwall man was arrested n November 18th, 2021 and charged with domestic assault, as well as breach of probation and recognizance for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during an altercation with his wife, the man assaulted her, and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. The name of the man was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

DOMESTIC MISCHIEF, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 36-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on November 19th, 2021 and charged with domestic mischief and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during an altercation with his girlfriend on November 19th, the man damaged numerous household items in the residence and police were contacted. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
