FOUR INDIVIDUALS ARRESTED IN DRUG TRAFFICKING INVESTIGATION

Cornwall, ON – Four individuals have been taken into custody after an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking in the City of Cornwall.

On the morning of October 27th, 2021, members of the Cornwall Police Service (CPS), with the assistance of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrants at a Marlborough Street residence and a William Street residence. Read more here.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Kimberly Ladouceur, 47, of Cornwall was arrested on October 27th, 2021 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court on October 22nd, 2021 for an assault offence and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On October 27th, 2021, she was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANTS

Cornwall, ON – Michael Manchulenko, 52, of Cornwall was arrested on October 27th, 2021 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged the man failed to report to his bail supervision program and further failed to attend court on October 19th, 2021. Police were contacted and warrants were issued for his arrest. On October 27th, 2021, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.
