Recruitment: Application Forms

This section of the website allows you to download survey forms and questionnaires relevant to the recruitment process. These documents are in Adobe Acrobat format. To view a document and print it, you need the Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer.

Applicants require a current resume and a valid copy of their OACP certificate of results to commence the recruiting process. You are free to complete the above mentioned forms and include them with your resume, however they are not required at this time.
 

 

Please note the Cornwall Community Police Service is no longer accepting paper application submissions. All resumes and any other relevant certificates or documents are to be submitted electronically to the following email address, with the subject line indicating the position in question.
