Police Reports
The Cornwall Police Service is committed to respecting each individual’s privacy. In keeping with this commitment, we ask that all individuals who are requesting a copy of a Police Report present themselves in person to the Records Bureau. Please note that you will be required to provide photo identification.
Copies of police reports are available ONLY to those parties involved in the incident. All third-party information will be severed (deleted) from the report.

Any individual who is NOT involved in the incident or is denied access to a report, must apply in writing as per the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Details of your rights to access, as well as the Act can be found on the IPC website (Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario).
